A unique feature of our laundry approach is sun drying. In every organic masseria in Puglia, the sun’s energy isn’t just a source of warmth, but an essential element that infuses the fabrics with a distinctive fresh and clean scent.
Each item is hung outdoors and left to dry naturally under the Puglian sun. The result? Sheets and towels carry the scent of nature, offering a unique sensation of freshness.

After a thorough initial wash, we boil the laundry at 90 degrees, a process that ensures the removal of the toughest stains while sterilising the fabrics, all the while maintaining their softness and freshness.
